Are you organised, reliable and looking for an administration role within a supportive, local business?

We are a well-established earthmoving company based in Kalgoorlie, proudly supporting the local mining industry. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team.

Hours are Monday - Friday. 8am - 4pm.


Reporting to the management team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills is required for effective data entry and record maintenance

  • Answering and directing phone calls

  • Monitoring and responding to emails

  • Providing administrative support to the management team

  • Assisting with document preparation and filing

  • Performing general office duties and other tasks as required

  • Australian work rights are required for this position


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed

  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office experience desirable)
