We are looking to appoint a Rental Coordinator at our Kalgoorlie Branch who will be the primary day to day point of contact for all customer requirements.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring superior customer service is achieved
  
• Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis
  
• Completing all pre and post-rental procedures
  
• Ensuring the contract paperwork is accurately completed
  
• Inspecting the returned vehicle and completing the necessary reports
  
• Discussing damage and missing items with the customer and resolving the matter before finalising the contract
  
• Liaising with the National Sales team members for any major customer interactions and transactions
  
• Performing administration duties as required
  

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience in customer service or administration. Additionally, the position also requires the following:

• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the business
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Sound computer literacy skills
  
• License to drive manual vehicles (C class)
  
• Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageous
