Park Manager Couple – Esperance Bay Holiday Park

Summerstar Tourist Parks is seeking an experienced and motivated Park Management Couple to lead the team at Esperance Bay Holiday Park, located in the stunning coastal town of Esperance, Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on management couple who are passionate about hospitality, tourism, guest service and team leadership. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a busy holiday park while enjoying living and working in one of Australia's most spectacular destinations.

About the Role

As Park Managers, you will be responsible for the overall operation of Esperance Bay Holiday Park, including:

  • Leading and supporting a small team

  • Delivering exceptional guest service and experiences

  • Managing reservations, occupancy and revenue performance

  • Rostering, supervision and performance management of staff

  • Overseeing housekeeping, grounds and maintenance standards

  • Managing stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety requirements and legislative obligations

  • Building strong relationships with guests, local businesses and the community

  • Driving continuous improvement across all areas of park operations

This is a hands-on role suited to managers who enjoy being visible, approachable and actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the park.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience managing a holiday park, accommodation property, hospitality venue or tourism business

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

  • Financial and administrative skills, including budgeting and reporting

  • Experience managing maintenance, housekeeping or operational teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach

  • Good computer literacy and experience using booking or property management systems

  • A commitment to workplace safety and high operational standards

  • Current Australian driver's licence

  • Full working rights within Australia
