We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Stores Officer to join our Kalgoorlie team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in warehousing and procurement within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The Role:
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this entry-level position provides support across a variety of warehousing and purchasing tasks. You will receive on-the-job training and guidance to help you develop your skills in the following areas:

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Goods receipting and processing of documentation

• Picking, packing and dispatching of orders.

• Keeping records up to date in the stock management system

• Helping to monitor stock levels and prepare stock for orders

• Supporting monthly stocktakes and internal audits

• Assisting with local deliveries and collection of goods

• Providing general assistance around the warehouse and stores area

• Learning to coordinate basic vehicle servicing tasks and supplier follow-ups

About You:

• Good communication and time management skills

• A team-focused attitude and a positive work ethic

• Basic computer skills – training will be provided

• A current WA Manual Drivers Licence – Essential

• A current Forklift Licence – Essential or willing to obtain

Previous experience in a warehouse or purchasing role is a bonus but not required – this role is well suited to someone starting out in their career or returning to the workforce.
