Technical Maintenance Support is an independently owned and operated progressive company based in Geraldton with branches in Perth and Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. We conduct a wide variety of specialised services, mostly to fixed plant mining equipment throughout the Midwest and Pilbara. 

The Role

We are currently seeking mine site experienced, Trade qualified Boilermakers & Mechanical Fitters for shutdowns . All Boilermakers and Mechanical Fitters must be Kalgoorlie based.

To be considered a suitable applicant you will require the following-

• Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade qualifications

• Current white card

• Valid Drivers Licence

• Valid Confined Space and Working at Heights - Within 2 years of completion

• Current Police Clearance - within 12 months

• Ability to work with others in a team environment

• Experience in mines site environments, fixed plant shutdowns

• Commitment to working safely

• Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic and be physically fit

• Own basic hand tools

Pay Rates for Mechanical Fitters  range between $67 to $76 per hour depending on shift. 

All successful applicants will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol screen prior to commencing employment.
