About the Role
Based in Kalgoorlie, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Branch Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and high-performing operations. You’ll lead from the front—coaching your team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction across workshop, field, and service activities. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our Grab Truck Service and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a day shift only FIFO role (flights covered) or open to local candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across all operations
• Oversee day-to-day branch activities including tyre services, stock, and equipment
• Support operational planning to maximise productivity and profitability
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to grow the business
• Manage customer relationships and resolve issues professionally
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational efficiencies
• Support branch administration including inventory, invoicing, and reporting

What You Bring

• Experience in the tyre, mining, or a related industry
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong operational knowledge, including tyre maintenance and safety standards
• Solid communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with stock control, invoicing, and general administration
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on results
  Relevant qualifications in tyre maintenance, operations, or a related field will be highly regarded.
