Bill N Consulting Pty Ltd (BNC) is a mine consultancy company based in Kalgoorlie with an office in Perth, Western Australia. BNC is currently providing mine engineering consultancy and Operational support to mining industry of both ASX listed and private companies throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea.

Services range from operational support right through to Feasibility studies.

Technical Leadership

• Lead underground mine production planning, scheduling, and optimisation activities across client operations.

• Demonstrate expert/trainer level proficiency in mine planning software applications.

• Develop and review short-, medium-, and long-term underground mine plans.

• Conduct mine design and layout studies, including stoping, development, and infrastructure planning.

• Provide independent technical advice, peer reviews, and expert guidance on underground mining projects.

• Manage and deliver Scoping, Pre-Feasibility, and Feasibility Studies.

• Possess experience managing full feasibility studies from inception to completion.

• Perform operational audits, cost-benefit assessments, and benchmarking analyses to identify improvement opportunities.

• Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, promoting technical excellence and professional growth.

Business Development & Growth

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the underground mining client portfolio across Australia and Papua New Guinea.

• Demonstrate a proven business development track record in securing new client engagements.

• Identify, pursue, and secure consulting opportunities with ASX-listed and privately owned mining companies.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with mining operators, project developers, and industry stakeholders.

• Lead proposal development, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations for consulting engagements.

• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and site visits to strengthen market presence.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish annual revenue objectives and growth strategies.

• Contribute to strategic planning and the ongoing development of underground mining service offerings.

Minimum 10 years of underground mining engineering experience required.

Mining Engineering degree qualification essential.
