We are on the hunt for skilled and experienced FIFO Excavator Operators to join our team across multiple gold operations throughout the Kalgoorlie and Goldfields region.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on established gold mining projects, operate late-model, low-hour equipment, and become part of a professional, close-knit team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently to maximise productivity while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

What We Offer

• FIFO from Perth

• 2:1 roster – 7 days on, 7 nights on, 7 days off

• Weekly pay

• Excavator Operator rates: $68.00 – $71.00 per hour (depending on experience)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years' mining experience

• Ability to competently operate Excavators (essential), dozers (highly desirable)

• Experience operating mobile equipment within the surface mining industry

• Gold mining experience – essential

• Open pit production mining experience – essential

• Strong understanding of Mine Safety & Inspection and OHS Act regulations

• Current WA Class C Driver's Licence – essential

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
