We are currently seeking skilled and experienced FIFO All Round Operators to join our team across multiple gold operations throughout the Kalgoorlie and Goldfields region.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on established gold mining projects, operate a variety of late-model, low-hour equipment, and become part of a professional, close-knit team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment safely and efficiently to maximise productivity while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

What We Offer

• FIFO from Perth

• 2:1 roster – 7 days on, 7 nights on, 7 days off

• Weekly pay

• All Round Operator rates: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour (depending on experience)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' mining experience

• Demonstrated experience operating Dozers, Graders, and Loaders in a production mining environment

• Gold mining experience – essential

• Open pit production mining experience – essential

• Production Excavator experience highly regarded

• Strong understanding of Mine Safety & Inspection and OHS Act regulations

• Current WA Class C Driver's Licence – essential

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team-oriented environment
