Due to continued growth, we are seeking both Experienced Underground Service Crew Operators and Leading Hand Underground Service Crew personnel to join our team on a 7/7 roster.

We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality work and contributing to a positive team culture underground.

Available Positions

Experienced Underground Service Crew

You will be responsible for:

• Installation and extension of air, water, dewatering and ventilation services

• Installation and maintenance of underground pumps and pumping systems

• Assisting with mine development and production support activities

• Operating underground equipment as required

• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Leading Hand Underground Service Crew

In addition to the above responsibilities, Leading Hands will:

• Coordinate and lead daily service crew activities

• Provide guidance and mentoring to crew members

• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to site standards

• Liaise with Supervisors and other underground departments

• Assist in planning and achieving daily production and development targets

About You

To be considered for either role, you will have:

• Minimum of 1-2 years underground service crew experience required

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Manual preferred)

• Current Working at Heights

• Current Integrated Tool carrier (IT) ticket

• Additional RPL's for Underground

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Additional Requirements for Leading Hand Applicants

• Minimum of 1-2 years underground leadership experience required

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to lead by example and mentor team members
