About the role:

Minerals 260 (ASX: MI6) is developing one of Australia’s next major gold operations—the Bullabulling Gold Project. With a 4.5 Moz gold resource announced in December 2025, and a PFS underway, we're looking for a Senior Exploration geologist to lead by example and drive future resource and exploration drilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Management – Oversee all aspects of multi-rig drilling campaigns, ensuring company objectives are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.

• Exploration & Resource Development – Identify opportunities for resource expansion and definition, and contribute to the planning and execution of ongoing exploration programs.

• Quality Control & Reporting – Analyse drilling performance metrics and QA/QC data, and provide concise summary reports to the Exploration Manager.

• Data Analysis & Validation – Support the validation of drilling logs and assay datasets to maintain a high-quality database for resource estimation.

• Geological & Resource Interpretation – Assist in the interpretation of company and publicly available datasets to refine targeting and improve understanding of mineralisation and its controls.

About you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology.

• Preferably 8+ year experience in resource, mining or exploration geology with Senior experience

• Strong background in resource development programs, 3D modelling and exploration targeting.

• Proficiency in geological modelling software and GIS tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Statutory Supervisor qualification or ability to obtain one, is advantageous.

• Able to pass a Pre-Employment medical, National Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol screening.

• Must hold a C-class driver's licence.
