Our Client:

Our client is a world leading mining technology company, with their head office being based in the northern suburbs of Perth.

The Role:

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Technical Service Representative to support and grow their presence in the Goldfields region. This position is based in their Kalgoorlie office and requires some travel to site. 

This role is a customer focused role that provides technical support to their clients across exploration and drilling operations. 

This role would suit someone who has a drilling or geology background that is looking to move away from sit based or FIFO based work.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and support the company products and solutions with current and prospective customers within the Goldfields region.
• Execute client engagement initiatives to support product launches and targeted sales campaigns.
• Serve as the primary technical contact, providing prompt and effective support for client inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their operational and technical requirements.
• Deliver on-site technical training to drilling contractors and geologists to ensure effective adoption and use of company technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, geologists, and site personnel

Requirements:
  
You will bring one of the following:

• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on drilling experience
• 2+ years’ experience with downhole survey tools and survey workflows
• 2+ years’ experience working as a Structural Geologist, with a solid understanding of geological interpretation and structural data
