Fitstop Kalgoorlie is looking for an energetic, driven and community-focused Manager / Head Coach to lead our team and continue building one of Kalgoorlie's most supportive and results-driven fitness communities.

As Manager, you will be the face of our business. You'll lead from the front, coach high-energy group sessions, drive member engagement and retention, develop our team, and help grow the business alongside the owners.

About the Role

As Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional group training sessions and creating an outstanding member experience.

  • Leading, mentoring and supporting our coaching team.

  • Driving member growth, retention and community engagement.

  • Building strong relationships with members and the wider Kalgoorlie community.

  • Managing day-to-day studio operations and ensuring high standards are maintained.

  • Assisting with sales, member onboarding and achieving business goals.

  • Creating and implementing community events, challenges and initiatives.

  • Managing social media presence and contributing to local marketing activities.

  • Working closely with the owners to drive the continued success and growth of the studio.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Essential

  • Certificate III (minimum) and Certificate IV (desired) in Fitness

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.

  • Australian work rights.

  • A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others succeed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive attitude, high level of integrity and strong work ethic.

  • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others.

  • Flexibility and willingness to contribute beyond the scope of a traditional coaching role.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in personal training and group fitness.

  • Leadership or management experience within the fitness industry.

  • Sales and customer service experience.

  • Experience with member retention and community building.

  • Experience managing social media platforms and community engagement.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
