Goldrush Tours/GRT Minesite Transfers is one of WA's leading bus and coach companies. We currently transport over 3000 mine site workers daily to and from locations in and around Kalgoorlie and Leinster and out to remote minesites throughout the North Eastern Goldfields and Pilbara.

About the role

We are looking for a person to oversee the day to day running of our mechanical workshop which provides planned and reactive maintenance to our fleet of buses and coaches. 

This is a residential Monday to Friday Full Time Position with overtime available. 

This is not a FIFO position

• maximise the availability of our fleet through coordinated work schedules

• supervise your team in the delivery of timely, quality repairs and maintenance 

• provide hands on technical repairs and maintenance as and when required

• work with computer systems, and 

• maintain focus on Quality Control and OH&S from staff and contractors

You will possess:

• strong leadership and time management skills 

• relevant Trade Certificate

• 5 - 10 years’ experience

Preferred but not critical at this stage:

• WA Repairers Certificate 

• WA HR drivers’ licence 

Applicant must be able to provide current police clearance and be willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
