Workshop Supervisor – Dean's Autoglass Kalgoorlie

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy workshop environment? Dean's Autoglass Kalgoorlie is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of the workshop floor.

This isn't a desk job — you'll be working hands on alongside the team, leading by example, and keeping things running smoothly day to day.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and supervising a small team of technicians and getting hands-on with the work

• Delegating jobs and managing workflow

• Handling customer queries

• Supporting admin team with walk-in bookings and payments when needed

What we're looking for:

• A trade background or strong mechanical aptitude

• Previous experience in a foreman, supervisory or team lead role

• Someone who takes pride in their work and brings others along with them

• A practical, get-it-done attitude
