About the Position:

• Permanent full-time LV/HV Tyre Fitter & Storeperson role based in Kalgoorlie
• 5/2 Monday to Friday roster
• 38-hour week, day shift only
• Workshop-based position – non-FIFO role
• Strip, fit, inspect and inflate LV and HV tyres safely and efficiently
• Perform tyre work on light vehicles, commercial trucks, buses and ancillary mining equipment
• Operate tyre fitting and balancing equipment
• Conduct tyre inspections and basic condition reporting
• Load and unload freight deliveries and customer orders
• Pick, pack and prepare stock for dispatch
• Maintain warehouse, workshop and yard housekeeping standards
• Assist with stock control, inventory management and branch operations
• Opportunity to complete your Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology while working
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Kal Tire procedures

About You:

• Previous LV and/or commercial truck tyre fitting experience required
• Ideal for someone with hands-on tyre industry experience who has not yet completed their Certificate II
• Experience within a workshop, transport, tyre shop or mining support environment advantageous
• Forklift licence desirable
• Strong focus on safety and housekeeping standards
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Basic computer and inventory management skills advantageous
• Reliable, motivated and committed to delivering quality workmanship
