This role is ideal for someone reliable, practical, and willing to learn. You don’t need previous manufacturing experience — what matters most is a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and a genuine interest in building long-term skills in a workshop environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting trades and production staff in a manufacturing/workshop environment

• Material handling and general production support

• Cutting, deburring, cleaning, and basic component preparation

• Loading/unloading parts, packing, and dispatch support

• Quality checks and general workshop housekeeping

 What we’re looking for (the essentials)

• Full working rights in Australia

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Reliable, willing to learn, and a team player

• Workshop or labouring experience preferred but not essential

• Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded

Training and Career Development

Harlsan provides a structured two-year development program designed to build your skills and progress your career within our production team.

Our goal is to develop you into a Level 4 Production Team Member within your first two years - capable of working independently and mentoring others.

You’ll receive:

• Structured 6-monthly performance reviews

• Opportunity to progress every 6 months based on performance

• Potential hourly rate increases as you advance
